PERSONALISED: LOOKING FOR YOUR ANCESTORS IN POLAND?

499,00 $ inc. VAT

Mila Kunis, Natalie Portman, Lisa Kudrow, David Duchovny, Angelina

Jolie, Leonardo Dicaprio and many, many more have Slavic roots. Are You one of them? Or not sure?

It can be really challenging to know, especially if You don’t speak any Slavic language.

Even the simplest thing like transcribing a surname can be hard and bring just frustration.

Especially if You are not sure in which region to look.

It is much easier for someone like me, who knows the place and can read Polish and Russian.

So if You are up for it, I can help You with finding Your Slavic roots:

*which country are You from?

*what is Your ancestors proper name? Does it have any meaning?

*Do You have any possible relatives in modern day Poland?

*Can we find a place where Your ancestors are buried?

What’s included and how does it work?

after purchase e-mail me at s.grodekk@gmail.com with Your order number and include any information about Your family that You’ve got (photos, names, documents). The more the better, but if You only have surname and town name – I will work with that.
If You need a 30-60 min consultation via Whatsapp, Zoom etc. to discuss the details – let me know in that message with dates and times when You are available.
Price includes me travelling to at least one specific area of Poland for more thorough research on-site. We will discuss specifics according to Your needs: video of a house where Your ancestors were born, research in archives, a talk with a distant relative etc. according to what will be possible and available:)
After up to 60 days I will prepare a report for You with all the data (text, video and images) I’ve gathered on- and off-line regarding Your relatives, ancestral village or town, their culture and anything else I will find. This will mark a service being completed. If You are interested in specific angle (for example religion or occupation), let me know before the order.
If there will be any delay outside of my control that will make it impossible to complete the order (like a war:), I will refund Your order. If there will be any other obstacle that will prolong the process (like renovation at the archives, extreme weather etc.) above the 60 days, I will let You know and we will discuss an appropriate solution.
I can easily find any information regarding Poland but only some information regarding other Slavic countries. That being said remember that Poland had different borders and ethnicities 150 years ago, so sometimes You can find Belarusian or Ukrainian ancestors easily in Polish archives.
This data will be used only for the purpose of this service, not shared with anyone outside of for the purpose of providing this service and stored accordingly to EU RODO law. Then it will be deleted after 60 days of completing the order SO IF YOU’LL GET ANY GOOGLE DRIVE LINKS ETC. BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THEM BEFORE THAT.
